Project Overview
Das and Das Group is a diversified multi-business corporate group operating across the United Kingdom. This full-stack digital platform was engineered to bring the group's 8 distinct business verticals and company-wide digital operations into one synchronized, high-performance web experience.
The platform combines a public-facing corporate website with a dedicated administration system, allowing leadership and operations teams to manage content, commercial projects, recruitment opportunities, wholesale products, enquiries, media, and site configuration from a centralized CMS.
The 8 Core Business Verticals
The platform provides dedicated presentation, workflows, and inquiry handling for all 8 business verticals:
- Das Nursing & Care: Compassionate, regulated healthcare staffing and domiciliary care services delivered across residential and domestic healthcare environments.
- Das Recruitment: Professional candidate sourcing, healthcare staffing, temporary and permanent placements, and corporate hiring workflows.
- Das IT & Solutions: Enterprise software engineering, cloud architecture, system integration, digital transformation, and technical consulting.
- Das Wholesale & Retail: B2B bulk supply chain, FMCG & commodity sourcing, trade inquiry routing, and commercial wholesale catalogue.
- Das Construction: Commercial infrastructure, residential developments, project contracting, civil construction, and site project management.
- Das Finance: Corporate financial consulting, business advisory, enterprise fiscal governance, accounting management, and investment advisory.
- Das Foundation & Trust: Social impact, charitable non-profit initiatives, community welfare, education support, and healthcare philanthropy.
- Das Transport: Commercial passenger transport, vehicle fleet management, freight coordination, dispatch operations, and transport logistics.
The Challenge & Engineering Scope
Das and Das Group needed a robust digital platform capable of representing 8 distinct business operations while supporting more than a traditional brochure website. The previous setup had significant operational and technological gaps:
- Fragmented Identity: Sub-brands and divisions had disjointed presences without a unified corporate brand spine.
- Content Governance Gaps: Lack of a centralized administrative portal for non-technical team members to manage updates, media, and news.
- Manual Recruitment Inefficiencies: Absence of a structured online recruitment pipeline where candidates could review open roles and submit CVs directly into a review dashboard.
- Wholesale Lead Friction: Inability for wholesale partners to browse bulk catalogs and trigger structured commercial inquiries.
The engineering mandate was to deliver a production-grade full-stack architecture built on Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and Docker with centralized content administration, enterprise security, and responsive performance.
Key Capabilities Built
- Unified Administrative Layer: Role-based access control (RBAC), audit logging, structured error handling, and intuitive editing for pages, services, posts, and media.
- Recruitment & Candidate Workflow: Job listing directory with filterable career tracks, direct candidate application forms, file validation for CV uploads, and employer hiring inquiry pipelines.
- B2B Wholesale Trade & Catalog: Categorized product showroom, automated enquiry triggers, and customer request dispatching.
- Direct Engagement: Seamless WhatsApp click-to-chat integration, spam-protected contact endpoints, and automated notification dispatches.
- Search & Generative Visibility: High-performance Server-Side Rendering (SSR), clean semantic markup, schema validation, and optimized OpenGraph assets.
